We apologize for the inconvenience and confusion regarding your VPS setup. Regretfully we cannot review your existing container for any refund until the package has been fully cancelled, and your new package cannot be provisioned until we receive your payment in full.

Once your new VPS container with cPanel is set up and you have received the new account information, you will need to transfer any needed data to the new VPS container. Once you have transferred this data, please update your nameservers to use the new IP addresses so that your site(s) resolve to the new container. After allowing 12-24 hours for this change to take effect, please submit a cancellation request for the original VPS container at http://hostgator.com/cancel.php to avoid further charges for the original VPS container.
